MM Access Pte. Ltd.
-Packaging, Recycling, and Emerging Market Trading-
Led the design and development of a formal learning strategy to support MM Access through a period of rapid growth. As the company expanded operations across emerging markets, informal knowledge sharing became a barrier to consistency, scalability, and performance. I was brought in to bring structure, clarity, and alignment to their training function.
Conducted a full audit of existing training and knowledge transfer practices across technical and manufacturing teams. Facilitated conversations with frontline staff and leadership to identify gaps in performance, capability, and onboarding readiness.
Organized and synthesized inputs into a structured learning strategy and roadmap. The final deliverable included a current state assessment, gap analysis, and a prioritized rollout plan for scalable training initiatives. Designed a blended learning approach that incorporated instructor led training, self-paced eLearning, and microlearning to address varying learner needs and operational realities.
This project positioned MM Access to shift from ad hoc training toward a sustainable, future-focused learning ecosystem that supports consistency, quality, and long-term growth.
