Led the design and development of hybrid Medical-Surgical Nursing courses that blended clinical rigor with engaging, interactive online learning and in-person lab experiences. Collaborated closely with a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) across multiple specialties, facilitating structured content development sessions and synthesizing complex medical information into clear, learner-centered instructional materials.

Organized and streamlined large volumes of SME input into cohesive course outlines and lesson flows, aligning them with curriculum outcomes and best practices in instructional design. Programmed and built the online modules using an authoring tool, incorporating multimedia, formative assessments, and scenario-based learning activities to promote clinical reasoning and application.
Worked to ensure a seamless integration between asynchronous content and hands-on lab components, enhancing continuity and learner engagement. The final deliverables reflected a high standard of pedagogical integrity, accessibility, and practical relevance, equipping learners with both the knowledge and skills required for success in clinical settings.
