I have worked as an Instructional Designer within Humber Polytechnic’s Digital Learning team. My portfolio includes lessons, full courses, multi-course programs, certificates, microcredentials, faculty development, open-access learning, and college-wide initiatives. I have designed online, hybrid, blended, and instructor-led learning across a wide range of academic areas.
My work spans the full design process, from needs analysis and curriculum mapping through development, quality assurance, and course launch. I collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to organize specialized content into clear and practical learning experiences.
Course and Lesson Planning Faculty Hub
I was the project lead and co-creator of this faculty-facing hub. It provides instructors with planning tools, templates, and examples for developing measurable learning outcomes and learner-centred lessons. Faculty can use the resources to design an entire course or prepare an individual learning session.
An Introduction to Climate Action
As the Instructional Designer and Project Manager, I developed this self-paced, open-access course on climate action and systems thinking.
I collaborated with multidisciplinary subject matter experts to structure the learning, develop course content, and manage video and animation production. The course encourages learners to consider how they can contribute to more sustainable and equitable practices.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit
I led and co-developed this toolkit to help faculty incorporate equity, diversity, and inclusion into their teaching.
It offers practical strategies for creating inclusive learning environments and helps instructors consider how their course design affects learners from different backgrounds. This work drew on my experience supporting multilingual learners and designing for diverse student populations.
Humber Learning Outcomes in Action
I led the instructional design of resources that help faculty and students understand Humber’s core learning outcomes.
The resources support students in developing as Communicators, Innovators, and Global Citizens. Planning guides, interactive tools, and reflection activities help faculty integrate these outcomes across different disciplines.

Faculty Development and Digital Teaching
I have designed and facilitated professional learning on online course development, Universal Design for Learning, virtual instruction, and collaborative learning.
During Humber’s rapid transition to online learning, I helped develop frameworks and toolkits that supported hundreds of instructors. I have also coached faculty on digital teaching and presented Humber’s instructional design work through the eCampusOntario Technology and Education Seminar and Showcase.
