I led the design and development of this self-paced micro-certificate, created to support faculty in building culturally responsive and inclusive teaching practices. Developed as part of Georgian College’s professional development offerings, the toolkit was hosted by the Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Academic Excellence and aligned with institutional equity goals.
