I led the development and delivery of a multi phase Competency Based Education and Training capacity building initiative across three Kenyan TVET institutions: Bondo Technical Training Institute, Lucy Orongo Vocational Training Center, and Mahaya Vocational Training Center.
This engagement focused on strengthening institutional capacity to design, deliver, and assess industry aligned CBET programs in the Blue Economy sector. It was not a single workshop, but a full institutional partnership that included needs analysis, instructional design, executive consultation, live training, and structured follow up coaching to support sustained implementation.

Institutional Analysis & Strategy
• Conducted capacity assessments across three colleges

CBET Framework Design

• Facilitated 20+ hours of online training
• Delivered a 5-day in-person master training in Kenya
